With over a decade of experience in the design world, Pauline Theos, also known as Leni, brings a refined eye for style, function, and timeless interiors. A graduate with a degree in Interior Design, Leni has cultivated her expertise working with renowned designers and prestigious lighting companies, shaping her deep understanding of space, materials, and aesthetics.
After earning her degree in Interior Design, she gained experience with top designers and lighting companies, managing high-end showrooms like Ro Sham Beaux and leading design and marketing at Lantern & Scroll. In 2020, she launched Styled by Leni, offering a personalized approach to interior styling—blending existing pieces with fresh elements to create timeless spaces. As a Manufacturer’s Sales Representative at Earp and Associates, LLC, she continues to bring top-tier furnishings to clients.
